Whether it’s for record-keeping, sharing with coaches or medical professionals, or ensuring every step of an athlete’s recovery is documented—our platform has got you covered. Here’s how:
Download Test Results in Just a Few Clicks:
- Log in at portal.headcheckhealth.com/login.
- Click Teams on the left and select your team name. Pick the athlete whose results you want to print.
- Go to the History tab and choose the test you need.
- Click the PDF button at the top, copy the password that appears, and hit Save as PDF.
- Open the newly-downloaded PDF, and enter the password. Your PDF is now ready to print or save to your device.
Want to Share the Test Results?
Just as easy! Click the three dots next to the test date, set a password, and send it securely via email.
Track Return to Play with the RTP Summary
And there’s more! Once an athlete completes their protocol, you can download a detailed Return to Play Summary. This PDF gives you everything you need to track their progress, including:
- Total RTP Duration: A full look at the recovery timeline.
- Total Tests Logged: A record of all assessments during recovery.
- Total Notes Logged: Notes from every step of the recovery process.
- Objectives & Activities: Understand exactly what the athlete could and couldn’t do at each RTP stage.
- Confirmation of Stage Requirements Met: Be confident that every requirement has been completed before the athlete returns.
